Single sheet period Vellum Mortgage Indenture dated 24th March 11th Charles I (1635), referring to: William Norrison of Stainseker in the Parish of Whitbie and County of Yorke Yeoman of the one partie and Robert Norrison sonne of the said William Norrison of the same towne and County Yeoman of the other partie. Pertaining to: One Messuage or Tenement with Garth situate in East Barnabie in the Parish of Lythe and a moiety of Two Messuages Farmholdes or Tenements (with numerous lands) in East and West Barnabie. Other names referred to include: Alice Leallam Henry Leallam etc. Clean age related condition usual folds and wrinkles and several small holes on folds cross folds, 2 thumbnail size areas of material missing left edge.
